Does this sound familiar?

You’ve tried changing your diet.
IBS still changes your plans.

You can know plenty about IBS and still feel unsure which advice applies to you—or how to keep it going.

01 / SYMPTOMS

You plan around bloating, urgency or constipation.

A work morning, journey or meal out can involve checking toilets, choosing clothes or worrying about what happens after eating.

02 / FOOD

You’re unsure what you can eat.

You’ve removed foods, tried supplements or followed advice online. It’s difficult to tell what helped, and your food choices may be getting smaller.

03 / FOLLOWING THROUGH

The advice is hard to use consistently.

Meal planning, remembering to eat or tracking every detail takes more time and energy than you have. You want support that works on busy days too.

The Blueprint gives you a process for deciding what to try, reviewing your response and adjusting the plan. You work directly with a dietitian throughout the programme.

Introducing the IBS Relief Blueprint

A clear plan.
Support to put it
into practice.

Twelve weeks of personalised IBS coaching, built around your symptoms, history, food preferences and daily life.

We agree your priorities, work through manageable changes and use your consultations to review what happens. When a change is difficult to maintain, we adapt how you put it into practice.

The Predictable Gut Method gives that work a structure. Essential and Core follow the same approach; you choose the level of contact and feedback that suits you.

The process inside your Blueprint

The Predictable
Gut Method.

Map your patterns.
Test changes.
Build your ongoing plan.

We use your assessment and response to guide each stage. The pace and strategies are adapted to you.

See what supports each stage

“Predictable” describes the aim: a clearer understanding of your symptoms and how to respond. IBS can still vary, and results differ.

01
MAP

Know where to start.

We review your symptoms, medical and dietary history, food diary and what you’ve already tried. Together, we identify which changes deserve attention first.

What this gives you

Agreed priorities and personalised written strategies, rather than another long list of things to change.

EXAMPLE OF THE DISCUSSION

If mornings are difficult, we might explore bowel patterns, meal timing and your routine before deciding what to try.

02
TEST & ADJUST

Find out what helps you.

You put agreed changes into practice. At your reviews, we look at your response, discuss anything difficult and decide what to continue, change or investigate further.

What this gives you

An updated plan based on your response. Core also includes diary feedback and weekly message support between consultations.

EXAMPLE OF THE DISCUSSION

If a food restriction hasn’t helped, we review whether it is useful to continue and how to explore your individual tolerances.

03
CARRY FORWARD

Use what you’ve learned.

We bring together the strategies that have helped, the difficulties that remain and what to do when symptoms flare or your routine changes.

What this gives you

Practical next steps for ongoing self-management, with your written strategies and resources to refer back to.

EXAMPLE OF THE DISCUSSION

We can work through eating out, travelling or a change in work schedule using what you’ve learned about your symptoms and food tolerances.

These examples explain the process. Your assessment determines which strategies are appropriate for you.

Clients who completed the Blueprint

Less disruption.
More confidence with food.

Three different starting points, with support tailored to each person.

Julia

Less bloating and greater confidence eating out.

Julia reported more regular bowel movements, a wider range of tolerated foods and greater confidence managing IBS.

“I felt very supported the whole way.”
Read Julia’s journey

Constipation, daily bloating and food uncertainty affected her work and social life. We worked on bowel regularity, meal structure and structured FODMAP reintroductions to understand her tolerances.

Sabrina

Regular meals and more food variety.

After more than 13 years of IBS, Sabrina reported eating two to three meals a day, feeling less bloated and beginning to have regular bowel movements.

“I’m definitely less bloated and I’m happy I’m eating other things.”
Read Sabrina’s journey

Food choices had become increasingly limited, and maintaining regular eating routines was difficult. We focused on making regular meals more manageable and building a more varied, sustainable way of eating.

Amanda

Fewer flares and successful food reintroductions.

Amanda reported significantly fewer IBS flares and greater confidence making food choices and preparing to eat out.

“She provided excellent support, answering all my questions.”
Read Amanda’s journey

Amanda wanted to understand her triggers. Personalised guidance, practical planning and structured reintroductions helped her explore her food tolerances and build confidence.

These are individual client experiences from previous versions of the IBS Relief Blueprint. Results vary; these stories don’t promise a particular outcome or timeframe.

Is this the right support for you?

The Blueprint may suit you if

  • IBS still disrupts your day and you want personalised guidance.
  • You want to understand what deserves attention, rather than keep trying disconnected tips.
  • You’re willing to try manageable changes and review your response.
  • You want a plan that considers food preferences, work and difficulty keeping routines.

What to expect from working together

The programme is open to adults of all genders, with or without ADHD. We adapt the approach to your needs following assessment.

You’ll need some time between sessions to try agreed changes and prepare for reviews. The Clarity Call helps us discuss whether the programme fits what you’re looking for.

If your situation needs medical assessment or a different type of support, we’ll discuss appropriate next steps.

Discuss whether it’s right for you
Before you decide

Your questions, answered.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?

No. You can join with or without ADHD. We adapt the approach when planning food, remembering meals or maintaining routines is difficult.

Is the programme open to men?

Yes. The IBS Relief Blueprint is open to adults of all genders.

Will I have to follow a restrictive diet?

Your approach depends on your assessment. We don’t automatically start with removing more foods. If a structured dietary approach is appropriate, we’ll discuss what it involves and how to review and personalise it.

What happens after the Clarity Call?

If the programme is suitable, you’ll receive a written recommendation and a checkout link for the agreed package and currency. After payment and acceptance of the programme terms, we arrange your intake, food diary and initial consultation. Your 12 weeks begin at that consultation.

Can I spread the payments?

Yes. Both packages offer three monthly payments at the same total price as paying upfront. These are instalments for the full programme, rather than a rolling monthly membership.

What if I need a short break?

One agreed pause of up to two weeks is available. Active support pauses during that time and the programme end date is extended accordingly.

Are results guaranteed?

No specific symptom change is guaranteed. We agree priorities, review your response and adjust the plan around your needs. The client stories above describe individual experiences.

Is the free call a clinical consultation?

The 15-minute call helps us understand what you’re looking for, answer questions about the programme and assess whether working together may be appropriate. Personalised clinical assessment and advice begin in your initial consultation.
